We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Monthly and Yearly TRUST DICOM Gateway purchases.

How to request a refund

Request a refund within 14 days of the original charge by emailing support@trustsoftsolutions.com. Include your Polar order / customer email. We will process the refund through Polar.

What is covered

  • First-time Monthly ($9.99/mo) and Yearly ($99/year) purchases listed on the product page

Later renewals follow Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in immediate license key revocation.
