How do I connect WhatsApp?
Open Settings → WhatsApp in the Gateway. Paste your WhatsApp Business / Cloud API access token and destination numbers (or phone number ID). Send a test message. Studies are converted locally first; only then does the app call WhatsApp. See Chapter 2 of the manual.
What is DICOM?
DICOM is the standard hospitals use to store and send medical images (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, and more). TRUST DICOM Gateway listens as a DICOM node (C-STORE), so your modality can send studies to this PC the same way it would send them to a PACS or a medical printer.
Does it work without internet?
Receiving DICOM and converting to JPG/PDF works on the local network without internet. WhatsApp and Telegram need outbound internet. License checks go to Polar; after a successful validation a short offline period is allowed, but keep the PC online for messaging and updates.
Where are images stored?
On your workstation only. We do not upload studies to our servers. Details: Privacy Policy.
How is the license bound?
Each Polar key activates one device. You may not resell or share the key. To move hardware, email support. See Terms.
