This policy is the refund section of our Terms of Service. Paid plans are sold through Polar as merchant of record.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro and Pro Plus purchases.

How to request a refund

Request a refund within 14 days of the original charge by emailing support@trustsoftsolutions.com. Include your Polar order / customer email. We will process the refund through Polar.

What is covered

  • First-time Trust Pro and Trust Pro Plus purchases, at the prices listed on the Pricing page

Later renewals follow Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in immediate license key revocation.
