Refund Policy

This policy is the refund section of our Terms of Service. Paid plans for both products are sold through Polar as merchant of record.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid purchases of Trust Network Suite (Pro and Pro Plus) and TRUST DICOM Gateway (Monthly and Yearly).

How to request a refund

Request a refund within 14 days of the original charge by emailing support@trustsoftsolutions.com. Include your Polar order / customer email. We will process the refund through Polar.

What is covered

  • First-time Trust Pro and Trust Pro Plus purchases
  • First-time TRUST DICOM Gateway Monthly and Yearly purchases
  • Prices as listed on the Pricing page

Later renewals follow Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in immediate license key revocation.
