Terms of Service

Products: Trust Network Suite (the “Extension”) and TRUST DICOM Gateway (the “Gateway”)
Operator: Trust Software Solutions (“we”, “us”, “Licensor”)

These Terms govern both products. Paid plans are sold through Polar. By installing either product, activating a license, or completing Polar checkout, you agree to these Terms and Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

1. License grant (personal and commercial)

The Extension’s source is licensed under the MIT License. You may use the Free tier for personal or commercial purposes, subject to acceptable use below.

Paid Pro and Pro Plus features are licensed to you (personally or to your organization) while your Polar license key remains valid. You may not share, resell, or publicly post a paid key, or circumvent license checks.

2. Subscription terms (Polar)

Paid plans are billed by Polar as merchant of record (monthly or yearly). Current prices: Trust Pro $0.99/month or $9.99/year; Trust Pro Plus $1.99/month or $19.99/year. See the product pricing page; amounts may change on Polar.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Polar’s customer portal. After purchase, Polar issues a license key. Activate it in the Dashboard or via Trust: Activate License. A validated key is cached locally for 30 days (offline grace). Revoked, expired, or unpaid licenses fall back to Free.

3. Refund policy (14-day money-back)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro and Pro Plus purchases. Request a refund within 14 days of the original charge by emailing support@trustsoftsolutions.com (include your Polar order / customer email). We will process the refund through Polar. Later renewals follow Polar’s checkout buyer terms. Chargebacks may result in immediate key revocation.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for commands, VPN configs, SSH/SFTP credentials, packet capture, port scans, and traffic you generate. Do not use the Extension to attack, scan, or access systems you are not authorized to test, or in violation of law, employer policy, or third-party terms. Features that change host network settings may require administrator privileges; you assume the risk of misconfiguration (including loss of connectivity).

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUST NETWORK AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE EXTENSION OR A POLAR PURCHASE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A PAID PLAN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO POLAR FOR THAT PLAN IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time and cancel Polar subscriptions in Polar’s portal. We may disable a license that is fraudulent, shared beyond its activation limit, or obtained in breach of these Terms. Sections 4–5 survive termination.
