How do I install Trust Network Suite?
Open VS Code or Cursor, go to Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X), search for Trust Network Suite, and click Install.
How do I activate a paid license?
After Polar checkout you receive a license key. Paste it in the Dashboard under Activate License, or run Trust: Activate License. A valid key is cached locally for 30 days (offline grace).
What is the difference between Trust Pro and Trust Pro Plus?
Trust Pro adds VPN, auto-scripts, cloud sync, IPv6, and performance reports. Trust Pro Plus adds SSH, SFTP, Team Vault, live connection viewer, monitors, and other enterprise NOC tools. See pricing.
Where is my data stored?
Profiles, license keys, SSH/SFTP settings, and similar configuration stay on your machine. We do not operate a telemetry backend. Licensing checks go to Polar. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do refunds work?
First-time Trust Pro and Trust Pro Plus purchases have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@trustsoftsolutions.com with your Polar order or customer email. Read the Refund Policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After a successful Polar validation, the license is trusted locally for up to 30 days without a network check.
